祸从口进

Friday 18/6/10

Me and my 2 sis were going for the jie-meis picnic with other jie meis, and i experienced some discomfort in my stomach on my way. Due to the pain and dizziness i alighted at dover and rushed to the toilet when suddenly things started to get really bright and i broke out into cold sweat that was practically dripping down my face. Fortunately my 2 sis were there to help me out of the cubicle and i rested at the station, from sitting to lying on the floor :s

I'm touched by what my sisters did, they made me feel like satay, fanning me and putting medicated oil :) Sis called Wong and he came down to Dover from work, it was then when he said he experienced the same thing.. so so so it must be the dinner we had the day before at Bukit Timah market!! It got worse in the evening, I vomited several times and we frequent the toilet. But thanks to LOPERAMIDE 2MG, i recovered the day itself but Wong had a tough night cos he fell sick ):

♥ This is the day when 病猫 looked after 病猫 and 病猫 looked after 病猫 :) I'm so blessed to have dear to look after me, be my audience when i was "merlion-ing", despite feeling unwell. Thanks dear, it was a bearable experience with you around :) ♥

Saturday 19/6/10

We had dinner at Maxwell food centre and I bought the famous fish head bee hoon soup and spotted a housefly in the fish, after eating for 10 minutes! *pukes*
I returned the bowl to the uncle and asked for a refund, who knows that might be their secret recipe -.-

Journey to the east! :)

Now i'm officially a year 4 student! Haha! Kinda reluctant to step into the working society, but this is something inevitable unless i strike TOTO :(

It had been a rather busy period for the past few months, from mugging for tests and exams, and now, working as an invigilator. Some of my friends are currently taking summer research and internships during this period yet i'm learning nothing *sigh. But good thing is that i'm not cooped up in the lab with those toxic chemicals.

Was working at Expo for the past few weeks, long journey but it's worth it considering the welfare, pay, workload and great colleagues there :) It is an interesting place to foster friendship where strangers made to walk up and down the rows, gathered at the back row for some resting, sharing sweets and gossips! Just when we've just started to build rapport with each other, the exams are coming to an end with most of them had their last day few days back :( I'll miss the fun time we had at the boring and cold warehouse! Well, hopefully there will be post-invigilation gatherings :)

Scary rumour

Something scary to share with those going to Malaysia for holiday might not be credible but its just to create some awareness. One of my sis friend's friend, a guy, went to KL with his girlfriend. They managed to flag a cab and the girl boarded into the teksi but before the guy can step in, the driver just drove away! Its been 2 years and there's still no news of the girl.. KL is so near Thailand.. and human trafficking is big business..the gal must be ruined.. sigh..

- It might not be true, because if it is so she should jump out of the cab since the door is opened?
- Could her bf be the accomplice? He was sending her off in the cab instead? :x

Anyway that's not the point.. haha.. just becareful when you're in another country, it is always good to read up on the new crime tactics that they are using.
Conclusion, i'm so thankful to be in Singapore : )

The end of my recess week

I've accomplished nothing much during the hol, except getting darker haha! The report and journal assignment is taking up too much time argh~ Stress is back with the test coming up and my lagging-ness in Malay language.. eeeks..

This semester, I've taken an interesting elective Voice Production by NIE. 30% goes to participation but i'm like a spectator in the class -.-", i'm just too timid :(

Course teacher, Michael, organised a play and an actor of L'Amfiparnaso at esplanade on sat and we were encouraged to go so that we can include into our journal. Frankly speaking i'm not someone who'll go for plays, but almost half of the class will be attending! so i decided to be a 跟屁虫 + 马屁精 :s and asked dear to attended the play with me.. hehe.. Most of my course mates attended it on Friday and I saw 3 familiar faces.. but they were sitting at the other side.

The play was really entertaining, it was a comedy, but i felt that some part of the act was kinda childish and abstract (for my level :x).. after the play, i saw the 3 course mates and one of them was holding on to a bouquet of flower, guess its for our teacher.. 每个人的心计都好重啊hahaha!

Next stop? :)

How am i suppose to..

1. Go for a test which i've been studying for days yet my head is only 20% filled
2. Run 6.4km when my last run was during my poly days..
3. Finish my lab report by thurs when i've not started anything on it yet..
4. Collect angbao when i haven buy CNY clothes

Stressed!.. How i wish study life could be a lil lil' more interesting :s

It was a strong feeling, i can feel it, smell it..
Went to check my email and i got it! hehe!
At last after missing the application for 2 years :s
Shall put the money to good use :)
