Turning back time, recalling the purpose of creating this blog, looks like its deviating from it. Wanted to have a blog to note down the pleasant and wonderful memories so that one day, when my hair turns grey, i'll be able to reminisce the happy moments, Haha. But looking back at my previous entries, it doesn't seem so. But of course we can't fill life with happy moments, cause unless we experienced the :( , we won't know whats :).

-Sometimes life gets hectic and too fast paced that we actually forgot the actual meaning, value and purpose of it.

Cycled off to swimming complex to meet ah miao, the weather was still fine. But before i step in, it began to drizzle, and after changing, it started to rain -.-. Haha.. *beeeps* The whistle went off after like 15 mins of soaking :(. Things aren't that bad afterall, though we've waited for 30mins for the rain to stop and it din, but it was a great chatting session! Haha~

Got penalised for forgetting to attend a research workshop. Gosh! 1 credit gone.. Zzzz.. But hope all other researches are as interesting as today's. Hehe.

A day when everything went wrong

Blur? Stupid? 心不在焉? Thought that lesson starts at 2 30, took my time and stroll to class.. on my way there, saw labmates, chatted a while but they've got this puzzled look on their faces. Few minutes later,
Qianwen : Where are u?
Me: On my way lor
Qianwen: y nv come for tutorial?
Me: Huh?! I'm on my way, dunjoke ar..
Qianwen: Really, starts at 1 30
Was listening to 93.3Fm, not long after the call, they played the song "You had a bad day" -.-

Followed zhining they all to Lib 2, thinking that there's another tutorial.
Zhining: Where are u going?
Me: Lib 2 lor still got time before my next lesson
Eunice (tutorial mate): Huh? Tutorial is on odd week, its even week now.

What had gone into me -.-.. So practically came to school for nothing.. Quote from someone: Everything happens for a reason. The only reason is to force me to make fees payment in bank haha! Worse things are happening at other parts of the world, so i shouldn't be so grumpy.. In order not to make it a wasted trip, i'm off to mug le.. Argh!

Our group is forever so spontaneous.. decided to celebrate cl's 21st the day before her actual bd. So end up didn't join uni cliques for their mind cafe trip~ Seems like everything is so fated.. Cos..

After the dinner and walking around, i spotted a familiar face, its been like a couple of years since i saw him and 9 years since we last chatted.. haha! one of my best buds in those pure and innocent days~

Managed to ask him out for some drinks the next day.. Updated each other on what we're doing currently, glad to know that he's doing great and things are getting to go smoothly for him. Life is unpredictable, but still, every cloud has its silver lining.. It was a great test of memories.. lol.. seems that i can rem. things that happens in pri and sec more~, i can't even rem what i did for the past few years. Maybe those were the most enjoyable days..

Recalling those days with other friends, playing badminton, butterflies catching (only to realise the pollens on them are poisonous a few years later -.-) and doing all kinds of stupid stuffs haha! Then there comes this idea of gathering pri sch mates tog. but seems like a really tough job ahah.. Hope most will turn up... Can't wait can't wait.. hoho..

Yesterday finally marked the end of my vacation job! After close to 2 months of commitment to the company, everything ended peacefully with blessings from colleagues and pantry aunties =). Over the 2 months, i've done things that i hate the most, filing!... But looks like the fear is somehow gone, shall see if i've learned to be a more organised person :s.

Its been quite nice working with there (my dept), with friendly colleagues. Our head will often get us deli snacks. Hoho. But aunties from other dept are still as spooky, to them, smiling is like activating thousands of face muscles, and their hobby is to 打小报告, can't believe that aunties are also interested in these kind of games, or maybe they are veteran in this field, and how they keep their ricebowl alive. So its like having mines everywhere, wearing slippers out of our dept be prepared to hear your name during the next briefing.. But of course, for temps, they open half eye. Hehe.

Had pictures taken and they gave me angbao :o really sweet of them to gave me something that's so practical. Didn't expect them to treat their bee worker that well. It a mixed feeling, a lil' bit of 舍不得 (market food and the tissue chopping seats culture) but the thought of the pay and the environment tells me 此地不宜久留.

Wondering is it this insurance company that i'm working for or maybe it might be the same for all, they're using papers as if trees are growing in seconds.. Its really sinful, we're now in 21st century already and there are so many ways to go green but how many are really applying the technology that we have? guess it will take another century to get them changed.. Poor trees.

Healthy day

We've got ourselves a bicycle with the 2nd GST offset, dating transport? Hehe. Wondering if its a good thing, seems like will be confined in west zone more often, but another step to leading a healthier lifestyle? i hope :), got a feeling the bike will be cold storaged after a few weeks :x

Cycled the the park connector, to cck, then to yew tee. It isn't a long route but its quite taxing for me, taking frequent short breaks along the way, thanks for the patience =). Afterwhich, we've got to rush back to my place for dry swim! with py and wl. Well, the outcome of the swimming session is terribly awful, 3 sagis losing to that lucky pisces. Eww.. But its really nice of wl to buy us so much tidbits, guess thats the reason why she won.. Hehe.

- Thousands of apologies for not attending xuan's 21st party.. but i noe i'm forgiven =), quite a pity, cos i seemed to miss out lots of gossips, good food, bats and picture taking :(

- Had another steamboat session at ah ma place, very seldom will we have huo guo, unless its new year. This time, a big shot, will be leaving for Aust for a year, and everyone gathered together for a farewell dinner! I'm going to miss those days of digging tidbits and gossipings :(

Its shirley's 21st celebration! Really blessed girl who has her Ben organising her 21st party. Reminds me of the chicken wings, yummy yummy,so up to standard.. crispy on the outside, juicy in the inside, too bad our KFC fan, Tan Emi is unable to join us. Haha! Opps, side-tracked.. After the celebration, we're all rushing home, on the way, doing stupid stuffs, dunno who started GAI HUO GUO-ing and my new shoes snapped in the midst of the childish act in front of a shoe shop, a blessing in disguise. Haha. Noticed a trend, when i'm about to get my GST offset, i'll have to 破财 :s

Scary pic, everyone is with red eye. How does red eye happens?

The Red color comes from the light that gets reflected from our retinas. In night time, the surroundings are normally dark or dimly lit. And in these conditions, the flash of camera comes as a flood of light for the eyes. The light of the flash occurs so fast that the iris of the eye does not gets enough time to close the pupil. As a result, light is focused onto the retina situated at the back of the eye. Retina is blood rich, because of the blood vessels that nourish the eye. This blood rich retina comes as a Red image, and this is reflected back to the camera. And this results in the Red effect that can be seen in the eyes in the photographs. The more open your pupils are, the more Red effect you get in your photographs.

Due to some unforeseen circumstance, someone is "forced" to come over to learn mahjong, haha! A game of 3 Teck whyians against 1 Bukit Viewan! *roll eyes* Supposed to create a lil surprise for Miss Sim no. 1's bf in the end, it was messed up by Miss Sim no. 3. :s.

Its the cancerian's birthday season, some bd greetings:

Had too much sun for the past few days and it got retained in my body, its burning my head -.-" ** 2 more weeks and i'll be freed from worklife! Can't wait.. can't wait...**
