Trip to Lil' India

14/6/08

The idea of visiting the flea market struck me when it was mentioned by one of my colleagues. For the past 2 decades, i didn't have the chance to visit one and really curious on how it feels and look like. We arrived at Rocher road and realised that its been quite sometime since we had a long walk. Haha. Its really different from what i thought, all of the "stalls" sell used goods and aren't in good condition. The first impression that i had was, these must be used items that the owners doesn't want. Call me superstitious, paranoid, or hygiene-freak, i just dun dare to touch the goods there :s.

Definitely an experience at the market, a trend that can be noticed about the owners, goods, and the shoppers there. A date that definitely beats shopping in a mall =), i wan my pineapple rice back!?! oppss.. Hehe

70's

This pic was taken when i saw a photographer taking pics in that direction. And i did the same, but it turned out this way -.-

*师父, hope you'll get well soon *

Over the moon

My heart goes sha la la la la, sha la la in the morning, oooo~
Something incredible happened, 3 missed call, and a sms.
*Police called just now, ask u go collect ur purse*
whaha.. this is a true surprise, i had given up hopes on getting it back.
Just can't stop grinning after calling the police post for confirmation.

Actually almost everything is gone, except for all the items that are important, photo, neoprints, amulet and my beloved i/c =) etc. The officer is checking on the cash that is left, haha! No notes left, only three 5 cents. But i'm so thankful that my benefactor returned it to the police post. Saving $300 on a new i/c. Feels like heaven when one is given a 2nd chance.. *Thank you kind soul*

Still i think that the "punishment" given to people that lose their I/C is too much but now that i've gotten my stuffs back, nothing much to grumble, i shall *hush*. And i'm going to quit buying 4D lol..
